Basketball Recap: Ozark Gets the Win

Ozark had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They slipped by the Waldron Bulldogs 44-43 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Hillbillies: when they faced off against the Bulldogs two weeks ago, they had to take a 49-40 loss.

Ozark's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 7-15. As for Waldron, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ozark will face off against Clarksville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Waldron, they will head out to face off against Dardanelle at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
