Volleyball Game Preview: Asotin Panthers vs. Freeman Scotties

Asotin is 0-4 against Freeman since September of 2024 but things could change on Tuesday. The Panthers will host the Scotties at 6:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Asotin turned things around against Upper Columbia Academy on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lions. The game was the first time the Panthers have beaten the Lions on their court since March 29, 2021.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Freeman, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Scotties in their matchups with the Broncos: they've now won five in a row.

Asotin's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Freeman, their win bumped their record up to 15-2.
