Volleyball Recap: Anna-Jonesboro Finds Playoff Glory Versus Frankfort + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Anna-Jonesboro rose to the challenge on Monday. They won by a set and slipped past the Frankfort Redbirds 2-1. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win two weeks ago.

Anna-Jonesboro can attribute much of their success to Carley Pearson, who had 17 digs. Those 17 digs gave Pearson a new career-high.

Anna-Jonesboro's record now sits at 6-26. As for Frankfort, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-24.

Anna-Jonesboro wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Carterville on the 28th. Frankfort does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
