            There's no place like home for Homestead, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Thursday. They walked away with  a   7-4  victory over the Wapahani Raiders  on Saturday. The  win continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won four in a row.
 Mason Gutmann looked comfortable as he  struck out seven batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits (and not a single walk).

Homestead now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Wapahani, their loss was  their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-2.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Homestead beat the Raiders by a score of  3-2 later that day.
