Basketball Recap: Milan Takes a Loss

Milan lost against Grosse Ile back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Milan Big Reds were dealt a 64-34 loss at the hands of the Grosse Ile Red Devils. The Big Reds just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Milan's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Grosse Ile, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Milan will take on Huron at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Milan is facing Huron at the right time seeing as Huron is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Grosse Ile, they will square off against St. Mary Catholic Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
