Softball Recap: Mariner Tritons vs. Port Charlotte Pirates
Mariner's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Port Charlotte Pirates a 5-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 14-1 back in March.

Gabi Winters made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 19 over seven innings pitched.
