Franklin took down Pleasant Grove on Friday, a win that might not have happened without Braylon Robinson's standout effort. Robinson did his part (and then some), throwing for 262 yards and three TDs while picking up 12.5 yards per attempt, and also punching in one touchdown on the ground for the 'W'. His passing game has become a key predictor of Franklin's success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 1-2 otherwise.

Coming up, Robinson and Franklin will look to defend their home field on Friday against Monterey Trail at 7:15 p.m. Robinson will face off against Kaden Love, the Mustangs' star QB.
