The Center Hill Mustangs will be playing at home against the Grenada Chargers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Center Hill will be strutting in after a victory while Grenada will be coming in after a defeat.
Even though Center Hill couldn't quite topple Olive Branch on Thursday, it was still a huge improvement compared to the seven-point loss they took when the two last played. Center Hill blew past Olive Branch 15-4. The win was just what Center Hill needed coming off of a 25-3 defeat in their prior match.
Trinity Moore was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up four earned runs off ten hits. Moore was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Center Hill let Lauryn Henderson and Reagan Ryan loose on the outfield. Henderson scored three runs and stole a base while going 5-for-5, while Ryan scored two runs and stole four bases while going 4-for-5.
