Recap: Manning Monarchs vs. Waccamaw Warriors        
        
		
            
 The Manning Monarchs had to endure  a  three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Waccamaw by a score of  58-48  on Tuesday. That's another feather in the cap for Manning, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Waccamaw lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Dutch Kerns, who  scored 12 points along with two  steals. Kerns is on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed two or more in the last four games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Tyrese Haynes, who  scored ten points along with four  steals.
 Manning's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Waccamaw, they dropped their record down to 5-14 with that  loss, which was their seventh straight  on the road.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manning will take on Aynor at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Aynor will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps South Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 284th, while Manning is ranked 120th). As for Waccamaw, they will look to defend their home court  on Friday against Georgetown at 7:30  p.m.
