Baseball Recap: Edina Takes a Loss

Edina lost against Minnetonka back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hornets fell 7-2 to the Skippers.

Edina got a good showing from Wyatt Pacyna, who tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

On the hitting side, Edina saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bode McConnell, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Edina now has a losing record of 0-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Edina is set to take on their familiar foe St. Michael-Albertville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Minnetonka will face off against rival Buffalo at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
