Volleyball Recap: Germantown Christian Find Success

Germantown Christian's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Immaculate Conception Academy. The win continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with Immaculate Conception Academy: they've now won three in a row.

If you add up the scores from across all four sets (87-86) Germantown Christian actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 10-25, 25-15, 25-23.

Avery Tudor paced Germantown Christian's offense, picking up six kills. Tudor got some help from Julianna Garcia and her five assists. Garcia was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.
