Volleyball Recap: Crown Point Find Success

Crown Point saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Southwood Knights by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Crown Point got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 33-31.

Elle Schara paced Crown Point's offense, picking up 19 kills. Schara got some help from Cailin Duncan and her 16 assists. Finally, Ivy Henderson kept Crown Point's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Crown Point has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Southwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Crown Point didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Illiana Christian on the 16th. As for Southwood, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Perry Meridian on the 16th.
