Recap: Magnolia West vs. College Station
If the Magnolia West Mustangs were feeling good off their 3-0 takedown of the Montgomery Bears last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Magnolia West took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of College Station on Tuesday.

Magnolia West dropped their record down to 5-5-2 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only scored one goal over those three contests. As for College Station, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Magnolia West will square off against Brenham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for College Station, they will head out on the road to challenge Rudder at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
