Baseball Recap: Winter Park Finds Playoff Glory Versus Lake Mary

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Winter Park walked away with it. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 victory over the Lake Mary Rams on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-3 two weeks ago.

The team relied heavily on Skyler Jersey, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season. Davis Peters was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
