Basketball Recap: Hagerman Comes Up Short

Hagerman lost against Tatum back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hagerman Bobcats were beaten by the Tatum Coyotes 69-16. While losing is never fun, the Bobcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Mexico basketball rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while the Coyotes are ranked 26th).

This is the second loss in a row for Hagerman and nudges their season record down to 7-7. As for Tatum, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-4.

Hagerman has already played their next match (against Texico), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Tatum has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Loving.
