Wando had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They secured a 35-30 W over the Lucy Beckham Bengals on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Bengals two weeks ago, they had to take a 56-50 loss.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wando to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sully Templeton, who posted eight points. Trace McCarty was another key player, putting up three points.

Wando's victory bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Lucy Beckham, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.

Wando and Lucy Beckham could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps South Carolina Rankings. The Warriors will challenge Goose Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (132 vs. 10). Meanwhile, Lucy Beckham (ranked 95th) will meet Cane Bay (ranked 16th) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
