Basketball Recap: Lab University Christian Academy National Wins Going Away Against Varsity Opponent

Lab University Christian Academy National had to kick off their season on the road on Sunday, but they showed no ill effects. They strolled past Varsity Opponent with points to spare, taking the game 58-41. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Kings also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Jalyn Connor had an outrageously good game as he shot 67% from the field on his way to 22 points along with five assists and three steals. Those 22 points gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Boulis Ker, who posted eight points and three steals.

Lab University Christian Academy National will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Wesley Christian at 12:00 p.m. on November 1. As for Varsity Opponent, they have already played their next contest, a 43-16 victory against Mount Olive Christian on the 23rd.
