Baseball Recap: Freehold Township Takes a Loss

Freehold Township lost against Holmdel on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Patriots fell 6-3 to the Hornets. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Freehold Township's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Holmdel, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Freehold Township will challenge Roxbury at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Holmdel, they will square off against Freehold Boro at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
