Woodcreek entered their tilt with Christian Brothers on Wednesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Falcons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

Woodcreek was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 20-25, 25-16.

Lilliana Saldivar paced Woodcreek's offense, picking up 22 kills. Saldivar got some help from Madison Walsh and her 25 assists. Saldivar was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Christian Brothers' loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isabella Alvarez, who had 16 digs and one assist. Alvarez is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Woodcreek's victory bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Christian Brothers, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.
