The Spartans are coming off a 55-0 win over Monte Vista (Danville) last week. Running back
Shamar Garrett was a spark in that outing, piling up 171 yards and two scores on just four carries.
The 5-foot-9, 175-pound junior has 827 yards and four touchdowns on the season, topping the 100-yard mark on the ground four times.
De La Salle has won 13 regular season games in a row dating back to last season and hasn't lost to a Northern California team since 1991 – a span of 295 contests.
Foothill is just 2-5 on the season but the Falcons will be desperate for a win to avoid their first losing season since 2011.
Running back Shamar Garrett is approaching 1,000 yards on the season for nationally-ranked De La Salle.
