Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Allegheny). They walked away with a 6-2 win over the Shady Side Academy Bulldogs on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Gladiators: when they faced off against the Bulldogs on Monday, they had to take a 5-3 defeat.

South Allegheny's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Shady Side Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, South Allegheny will head out on the road to take on Keystone Oaks at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shady Side Academy, they will welcome Riverview at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
