Chesapeake extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Lila Ferguson. The Panthers put the hurt on the Green Bobcats with a sharp 3-0 victory on Monday with plenty of help from Ferguson, who had five digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Chesapeake's got stronger as the match went on, holding Green to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 25-10.

Chesapeake's record is now 10-3. As for Green, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Chesapeake has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Rock Hill on the 16th. As for Green, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against St. Joseph Central on the 16th.
