Football Recap: Washington Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Carver Panthers 44-0. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 395th, while the Panthers are ranked 84th).

Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Carver, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Washington is set to face off against their familiar foe Therrell at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Carver will square off against rival Hapeville Charter at 7:30 p.m. on the 26th.
