Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Appleton West). They blew past the Neenah Rockets 83-63 on Tuesday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Terrors' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 365th, while the Rockets are ranked 43rd).

Appleton West's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-15 and their overall record up to 3-19. As for Neenah, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-8 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Appleton West will head out to take on Oshkosh North at 7:30 p.m. on February 27th. As for Neenah, they will take on Oshkosh West at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
