Softball Recap: Argo Takes a Loss

Argo lost against Shepard back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Argonauts took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Astros. The Argonauts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Argo's loss dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Shepard, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Argo will take on Hancock at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Shepard, they will challenge Oak Forest at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
