Baseball Recap: Richardson Gets the Win

Richardson posted their closest win since April 25, 2025 on Thursday. They skirted past the Community Braves 4-3.

Dylan Johnson was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.

Richardson's victory bumped their record up to 3-4-1. As for Community, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Richardson and Community will both be playing Creekview the next time they take the field. The Braves will head out to face the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
