Soccer Recap: Fremont Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Fremont after they claimed the first goal on Thursday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the California Grizzlies by a score of 2-1. The Tigers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for California, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fremont will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off.
