Keystone entered their tilt with Firelands on Monday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Falcons a 15-0 shutout. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

Keystone got a great performance from Macie Banks as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. With that strong performance, Banks is now averaging an impressive 5.1 strikeouts per game.

At the plate, Kyriana Grahn was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Rylin Barret was another key player, going 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, three runs, and one double.

Keystone was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .414 or higher in three consecutive games.

Keystone's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Firelands, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
