Soccer Recap: Tattnall County Comes Up Short

Tattnall County managed to keep up with Vidalia until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tattnall County Warriors came up short against the Vidalia Indians, falling 4-1. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Tattnall County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Vidalia, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-6.

Tattnall County and Vidalia could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Tattnall County will square off against Savannah Arts Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday down 224 places (339 vs. 115). Similarly, Vidalia (ranked 285th) will meet St. Vincent's (ranked 74th) at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
