             On Saturday, the Sandwich Indians beat the DePue Little Giants 2-0.
 The  2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Sandwich was: they took both sets by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11,  25-12.
 Sandwich's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Shayla Green, who  had five  aces. The dominant performance gave  Green a new career-high in  aces. The team also got some help courtesy of  Londyn Scott, who  had six  kills and three  aces.
 She wasn't the only good server: Sandwich  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 21  aces. That's the most  aces they've managed all season.
 Sandwich's record now sits at 12-14. As for DePue,  they are  on  a  29-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.
 Sandwich didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  victory against Ashton-Franklin Center on the 19th. DePue has also  already played their next contest,  a  2-0  defeat against Galva on the 19th.
