Kendall dropped their record down to 4-3 on Friday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Webber Tigers, falling 7-1. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

As for Webber, they pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

For Webber's part, Arnie Sturtevant spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up eight Ks. Sturtevant has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Brooke Robinson, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Isabela Groves was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Kendall has already played their next game (against Northstar Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Webber, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, an 8-1 victory against Notre Dame on the 13th.
