Basketball Recap: Centerville Comes Up Short

Centerville was the 65-62 winner over Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine when they last played one another last Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Centerville Miners took a hard 59-45 fall against Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine on Wednesday.

Centerville's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Centerville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 64-41 win against Great Falls Central Catholic on the 21st. As for Denton/Stanford/Geyser/Geraldine, they have also already played their next game, a 52-49 victory against Belt on the 21st.
