Baseball Preview: Morehead Panthers vs. Logan Wildcats        
        
		
            
 Morehead has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will take on the Logan Wildcats at 10:00  a.m.  on Wednesday. Logan took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Morehead, who comes in off a win.
 In what's become a running theme this season, Morehead gave their fans yet another huge  win on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Man as Morehead made off with  a  17-4 victory.
  Lucas Brooks was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Brooks has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  a single  hit in three consecutive pitching appearances. Brooks was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Morehead got a  massive  performance out of  Brittyn Barnes, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Zachary Grogan, who  went 2-for-5 with four  RBI and two  runs.
 Meanwhile, Logan was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 13-5 walloping at the hands of Lewis County.
 Morehead pushed their record up to 10-0 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.2 runs per game. As for Logan, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 2-3.
