While Sheldon put up some runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Foothill. Sheldon won by a run and slipped past Foothill 1-0. The Irish's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Braelyn Stone was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Sheldon's record now sits at 3-0. As for Foothill, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-3-1.

Coincidentally, Sheldon and Foothill will both be playing Oregon City the next time they take the field. Foothill will head out to face Oregon City at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Sheldon will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
