Basketball Recap: Caleb Lindsay Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Woodcrest Baptist Academy

First Baptist won the last time they faced Woodcrest Baptist Academy and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went the First Baptist Crusaders' way against Woodcrest Baptist Academy as the First Baptist Crusaders made off with a 50-25 win.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead First Baptist to victory, but perhaps none more so than Caleb Lindsay, who posted nine points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Charles Kuenster, who had ten points along with six assists and six boards.

First Baptist was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January of 2024.

First Baptist's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Woodcrest Baptist Academy, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
