The Trinity Chargers can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They snuck past Fellowship Academy with a 62-58 win. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.

Fellowship Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bryce Baker, who scored 12 points along with six blocks. Those six blocks set a new season-high mark for him. Trinity's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Fellowship Academy, their loss was their eighth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 3-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity will stay at home for another game and welcome Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 9th.
