Baseball Recap: Harrisburg Comes Up Short

If Harrisburg was feeling good fresh off their 16-5 takedown of Steelton-Highspire last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars lost 17-2 to the Susquehanna Township HANNA on Monday. The Cougars have struggled against the HANNA recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Harrisburg's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Susquehanna Township, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Harrisburg will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against East Pennsboro at 4:15 p.m. The Panthers will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Susquehanna Township, they will challenge Steelton-Highspire at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
