Basketball Recap: Frisco Takes a Loss

Frisco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Memorial Warriors on the road by a 97-78 margin. While losing is never fun, the Raccoons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 679th, while the Warriors are ranked 58th).

Frisco's loss dropped their record down to 7-22. As for Memorial, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 21-8.

Frisco is taking a road trip to square off against Liberty at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Memorial, they will square off against Lebanon Trail at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Memorial knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 20 contests -- so hopefully Lebanon Trail likes a good challenge.
