Columbine gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles 1-0. That's more bragging rights for Columbine, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Connor Kaali-Nagy.

Columbine didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-0 win against Littleton on the 25th. Mountain Vista has also already played their next game (against Grandview), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
