Volleyball Game Preview: Jefferson Township Falcons vs. Randolph Rams

The Jefferson Township Falcons are taking a road trip to face off against the Randolph Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Jefferson Township challenged West Caldwell Tech on Friday. The Falcons fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Randolph faced Hunterdon Central in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Rams fell 2-0 to the Red Devils. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson Township's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Randolph, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-2.

Jefferson Township came up short against Randolph in their previous meeting two weeks ago, falling 2-0. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
