After flying high against Wolfson last Monday, Impact Christian Academy came back down to earth. The Impact Christian Academy Lions fell 64-54 to the Raines Vikings on Wednesday. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Impact Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ronald Clark, who posted 12 points. Jeremiah Jones was another key player, putting up ten points.

Leading Raines to victory were Jajuan Johnson and Terrance Walker. Johnson dropped a double-double on 22 points and 14 boards, while Walker went 7 of 13 on his way to 18 points. Those 22 points gave Johnson a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Timothy Cole, who earned nine points.

Impact Christian Academy's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-5. As for Raines, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-13.
