Volleyball Recap: Sussex Academy Falls Short Against Ranked Indian River + How To Watch

Sussex Academy faced Indian River in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Seahawks lost 3-0 to the Indians. The Seahawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Indians from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Sussex Academy's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 10-3. As for Indian River, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4.

Looking ahead, Sussex Academy will welcome Tatnall at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Indian River, they will challenge Woodbridge at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
