Volleyball Recap: Benton Zephyrs vs. Highland Cardinals
Benton lost against Highland back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Benton Zephyrs came up short against the Highland Cardinals, falling 3-0. The Zephyrs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Highland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brinleigh Bollant, who had 17 digs and two aces. That's the most aces Bollant has posted since back in September of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Sumaryn Halverson, who had five aces and 14 assists.
Benton's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Highland, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Cassville the next time they take the court. Benton will head out to face Cassville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Highland will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
