Webster waltzed into their match on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Frederic Vikings as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Webster found their leader in underclassman Reese Grindell, who had seven aces and five digs. Those seven aces set a new season-high mark for Grindell. Addison Mcdowell was another key player, getting eight digs.

Webster was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 22 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Webster is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season. As for Frederic, they dropped their record down to 1-15 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.
