Kern Valley entered their tilt with Summit Charter Collegiate Academy on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 45-37 win over the Bears. This was payback for the Broncs, who suffered a 57-35 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Kern Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Shiloh Galvan, who posted 11 points and six steals. Gilbert Bernal was another key player, putting up eight points and four steals.

Kern Valley now has a winning record of 4-3.

Kern Valley and Summit Charter Collegiate Academy will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Broncs see the court they'll take on Bishop Union at 7:30 p.m. on December 9. As for Summit Charter Collegiate Academy, their break will end when they face Kings Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 8.
