Softball Recap: Holden Gets the Win

Holden never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Benjamin Franklin Falcons. The Rockets' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Holden's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Benjamin Franklin, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holden will challenge Slidell at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rockets' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 10.8 runs per game this season. As for Benjamin Franklin, they will host South Lafourche at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
