Softball Recap: Ste. Genevieve Starts off Right with Win over Kingston

Ste. Genevieve had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Kingston Cougars a 25-0 shutout on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won eight in a row.

Coming up, Ste. Genevieve will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Murphysboro at 4:30 p.m. As for Kingston, they will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Potosi at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
