Drew Dempsey posted a new career-high in total tackles on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he picked up 0.5 sacks and made 14 total tackles in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made eight or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Coming up, Dempsey and Brunswick will be playing in front of their home fans against Strongsville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Dempsey's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Blue Devils' three-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Dempsey and the Blue Devils surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
