Conway was the 2-0 winner over Blue Eye when they last played one another back in September of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs on Saturday. The Bears' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Adalee Letterman paced Conway's offense, picking up four kills. Letterman also shared the team's lead in assists with Arianna Hughes: they picked up three each. Karli Miller controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Conway's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Blue Eye, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3-2 record this season.

Conway wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Laquey on the 29th. As for Blue Eye, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Sparta on the 30th.
