Baseball Recap: Tamalpais' Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Tamalpais won the last time they faced Redwood and things went their way on Friday too. The Red Tailed Hawks walked away with a 5-1 victory over the Giants. The win was familiar territory for the Red Tailed Hawks, who have now won three contests in a row.

Tito Fierstein was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Dara Zolfaghari, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Tamalpais' record now sits at 15-5. As for Redwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-8-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tamalpais will welcome Archie Williams at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
